Hybrid Coaching is for you if you:

  • Are looking for the in-depth support of Adapt Online, but also:

  • Want real-time guidance on exercise technique

  • Need someone to push you during your workouts

  • Need in-person support to manage workout intensity

  • Are consistent with the gym but just going through the motions

  • Or don't feel ready to tackle the gym alone yet

Personal Training sessions are based at Evolution Gym & Fitness Suite in Bedlington, Northumberland

NUTRITION

You'll receive personalised nutrition targets suited to both tracking or non-tracking. These targets are always moveable!

TRAINING

Alongside your Personal Training sessions you'll also receive a personalised training program complete with demonstration videos, to support you in progressing with your workouts

Most people underestimate the role of mindset in their health journey. We'll work together to help you form lasting habits that help you show up as your favourite self

EDUCATION

Beyond targets and guidance, knowledge is power. You'll have access to the Adapt Hub which covers all things nutrition, training and mindset and is regularly updated with new resources

PROGRESS TRACKING

What gets measured gets managed! You can log all of your metrics in your app from measurements & pics to resting heart rate & blood pressure
